Eight Developments has emerged on Cairo’s OOH scene to promote 88 Hub, after their last ad campaign. In the heart of the New Administrative Capital with a stunning view of Central Park, the hub is situated in a one-of-a-kind spot. 88 Hub Mall is not merely an ordinary mall, but it’s a place full of activities. Designed for those who enjoy spending all day in a mall without feeling bored, the mall includes a food court, large outdoors cinema in Central Park, and a huge rooftop. The area also includes shops and administrative spaces.
The ad copy takes up the most attention on the billboard, on a background of the hub’s architectural front and a black backdrop, proclaiming “لأول مرة بالعاصمة, ابجار الزامي حقيقي 333% عائد استثماري". They emphasize on the high percentage of investment return, using a popping orange color for the number. To contrast the dark visuals, the brand spreads even more information on a white foreground with their logo in appealing typography to rejuvenate the ad. It includes engaging icons, on the bottom, of all the different facilities they provide, hinting at their dining spaces, environmentally green area, stores, and more.
