The results of our monthly analysis for November's top 20 campaigns are now available, as we do every month, we keep an eye on the OOH activity, in terms of its ups and downs, tendencies, movements, and how brands and industries are being active on Cairo's roadways with full power to attain our top 20 rankings.
The real estate industry continues to have sway over the top spots, where the thriving real estate developer, Tatweer Misr is on the top of the chart, as it has brought to audiences a coastal universe on the docks, called IL Monte Galala to upscale the luxury living in Egypt. As for other vacation projects that overlook a panoramic view of the sea, the fifth and eighth spots are reserved for Baymont by MAVEN Developments & BOHO by ATRIC Developments.
Recently, it is noticed that some real estate industries are tapping famous artists on their OOH marketing campaigns, as shown in OAKS's campaign by MARGINS DEVELOPMENTS and KEEVA's campaign by AL AHLY SABBOUR, both of them are taking over 4th place and 13th place, hosting the superstars Mohamed Farrag and Eyad Nassar on their campaigns.
The leading real estate company Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), owned by Talaat Mostafa has been witnessing some ups and downs in earning the top rank, where it is mildly decreased to be featured in 6th position in November compared to last month.
The real estate industry is maintaining a grasp on the top 20 spots on the chart, as it includes various real estate developers introducing their exquisite projects across the OOH arena, such as the 3rd highest skyscraper in Africa by Nile Developments, MABLE BUSINESS COMPLEX by Ontario Developments, Alfath Group, ERG Developments, Al Sedek, EAST TOWER by UC Developments, and The Marriott Residence Heliopolis by AMER Group.
Jumia has reclaimed the top spot in November, moving up to the 2nd place with an OOH campaign that features Bayoumi Fouad and Khaled Mokhtar. Amazon.eg has risen to the 15th position on the list. Regarding the Telecommunication industry, for the first time, Vodafone appears twice in the top 20 campaigns, with Vodafone's "Download Ana Vodafone app & Get one Giga for Free" campaign taking the 10th spot and Vodafone & Mo Salah’s campaign in the 17th place. On the other hand, Etisalat has garnered the chart on the 16th place, casting the megastar Amir Karara on the campaign's background. In addition, Egypt Defence Expo has been featured on the 18th spot, whereas Madrasetna has slightly decreased from the 18th place to move to the 19th spot, compared to last month.
