AstraZeneca has released an OOH campaign across Dubai's roads to raise awareness of the early symptoms and the screening criteria for lung cancer, as part of the overarching “United Against Lung Cancer” program, under the major tagline of “HOPE Over Fear”. The Emirates Oncology Society has collaborated with drug makers AstraZeneca to roll out the Hope Over Fear campaign on Dubai's OOH platforms to induce smokers and risk people for screening and recognizing the early signs and symptoms of the disease. The visuals demonstrate that “the earlier we diagnose lung cancer, the better the chances of cure”, where they have the greater potential to be treated successfully. The ad copy hosts a hotline to dial to know more. This campaign was endorsed by MINISTRY OF HEALTH & PREVENTION, DUBAI HEALTH AUTHORITY, Emirates Thoracic Society, Emirates Medical Association, and more.
