The Emaar Rezk Group was launched by Mr. Mohamed Rezk back in 2005, and it has become one of the biggest real estate marketing companies in North Delta. ERG Developments is presenting Egyptians with the chance to own their shop in the monorail in the New Capital, as seen on Cairo's billboards. The Cairo Monorail is a two-line monorail rapid transport system to be established in Cairo, Egypt, that is presently under development. When the project is finished, the two lines will provide the first public transportation linkages from the New Administrative Capital and 6th of October City to the Cairo metropolitan region.

The visuals are divided into black and crimson red, same as its logo, so they stick to the brand identity. That same logo is featured in one-third of the billboard, to give it importance and weight. The brand proudly declares the opportunity to own a shop in the monorail, for the very first time in the location of the New Capital. The hotline is also added for ease of access, and for those seeking further information.
