Al Sedek climbs up on Greater Cairo's prime OOH scene with a new awareness and promotional campaign for their latest residential units in Maadi. The leading real estate developers showed up on Egypt's billboards recently with a promotional outdoor campaign for Life Point using the main tagline "The Luxury of Life in The Heart of 6th of October", but most importantly, Al Sedek has risen before on billboards with an intriguing teaser campaign that engulfed the outdoor marketing scene in curiosity & speculation. However, the real estate developer is now back on billboards even stronger with a new promotional campaign that highlights that the real estate company is owned by Hassan Radwan. 

The OOH campaign encourages audiences to "Own an Apartment in Maadi" while highlighting that there is "0% Down payment". The outdoor ad also uses the main tagline which translates to "Al Sedek – The Game is Over", reflecting the slogan of their previous teaser campaign. Some of the real estate projects by Al Sedek in Maadi include; Friend 1, Seddik 2, Al Seddik 3, Friend 4, 5, 6, Al Seddik Mini Compound, As-Siddiq 9, Friend 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Quattro. The campaign portrays an Ace of Spades card that is placed in a landscape frame. Some visuals highlight that Al Sedek is offering an easy payment plan that goes up to 15 years. Other visuals feature the company's main hotline while symbolizing the logo and brand colors.
