As an OOH media intelligence company, we are getting used to witnessing the real estate industry on the top campaign charts without surprise. NOOR, the propitious real estate developer owned by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), remains on the top spot since June, focusing on providing new horizons for a smart, sustainable, and eco-friendly future, in addition to using the latest techniques in designing integrated cities of real estate. TMG also adopted integrated marketing communication strategies through its continuous efforts to make a strong presence on Cairo's OOH landscape. 

However, the OOH advertising scene is observing ongoing players who are joining the fierce competition including summer projects of real estate development; NAIA BAY, and White Sand, followed by Pre Developments' impressive "Re-Dream" campaign which garnered the attention of the Egyptian OOH audience at 4th place. The charts lacked the presence of the automotive industry, despite the amount of OOH campaigns released during the month of August. 

The shining star, the real estate industry, has experienced a significant increase in market share compared to the previous month, with 14 real estate campaigns dominating the top 20 charts. In 5th place is the real estate project Quan Tower, while Cali Coast lands in 6th place. The Plasma Donation campaign, representing nonprofit organizations, seized control of the 7th place, after being 10th on the list last month. A new campaign has dominated the 8th place; Mastercard, with their interactive and friendly campaign, and in 9th place is; Talabat's trending campaign, featuring some of the most prominent stars in Egypt; Abdel Basset HamoudaAfroto, and Sola Omar

Some of the brands returning back to the OOH media top charts concern the telecommunication industry including Vodafone's summer campaign and Etisalat's New Mega and Super Connect bundles advertisement starring Ahmed Amin and 3enba. Amr Diab's campaign with Pepsi has also landed on our top charts, accomplishing phenomenal reach across the Egyptian masses.
