After Emaar Malls conquered the OOH scene last month, they’re now reminding Dubai residents of their roots as real estate moguls. This new OOH campaign announces their new community, named Nara, which takes place in The Valley of Dubai. 

Emaar has a wide-ranging portfolio of residences across Dubai. That includes housing options ranging from luxury condos in state-of-the-art buildings to contemporary villas and townhouses in established communities, including world-renowned landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera, to urban districts like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches, and many more. Nara, The Valley is Emaar's most recent lifestyle project, following the great success of their previous project Eden.

 Showcasing a variety of modern three and four bedroom houses, Nara is designed to be a lovely family neighborhood with all of the newest amenities and lifestyle perks. Residents will have access to a variety of retail, entertainment, recreational, and educational amenities in addition to excellent residences. The Valley is a gated neighborhood on Al Ain Road that provides easy access to all of Dubai's major districts, and is located near the Outlet Mall. The project aims to provide a peaceful and secure environment for families, complete with lush greenery in parks, a children's play area, and other amenities.

The visuals are just as picturesque as Nara seems, with one featuring a pink, sunset-sky full of cotton-candy clouds with the property’s name, and another with a woman caressing dandelions in a field. Peaceful women are a central theme of the ads, as well as joyful families. They promise “Your Perfect Home, Your Dream Coming to Life” and tease passers by that it’s “Launching Soon”. Showing off the compound, Emaar displays these words on pictures of their luxurious pools, flourishing gardens, elaborate waterpark, refined cafes, and the embellished entrance gate. 

The limited campaign was broadcasted on digital screens in Dubai, in the third week of August.
