IKEA hypes up the UAE audience with an impressive and immense promotional campaign with over 1,000 furniture and home accessories products, after the retail store's last appearance on Dubai's billboards boosting its "Part Sale" offer, IKEA's "New Lower Prices" offer and advert reflect their belief that the only way to lower prices is by making sure that quality stays the same, offering consumers retail prices.
IKEA considers itself "a brand trying to make more for less so that you can pay less, for more". The ad copy informs audiences that they can now "Shop in-store or online at IKEA.ae" using a carnelian red background which has the high tendency of provoking attention, stimulation, energy, and power. One visual of the campaign shows a "STRANDMON" wing chair that was initially priced at Dhs 895 and is now on sale for Dhs 795, keeping in mind that all products are made out of more sustainable materials. Another visual displays a "NISSAFORS Trolley" which has a "New Lower Price" of Dhs 99. The ad copy also features Al-Futtaim’s logo, as they are the advertiser of this campaign.
The campaign was distributed in limited OOH spots across Dubai during the first week of August on Uni-poles.
