The advert also promotes a 15% discount and 15% down payment, sending the clear message that investors will get the highest returns on investment in the New Administrative Capital. The company has created strong brand identity and style by constantly using the plum purple color which inspires feelings of royalty, luxury, and spirituality, which can be uplifting to passersby.
