Merath Developments Launches Its "Start Breathing" Campaign Featuring Ahmed Abdelaziz in a Captivating Advertisement

Merath Developments climbs on Greater Cairo's OOH landscape, raising awareness about the innovative communities created in the Ladera residential compound in 6th of October city, bolstered by the star power of the brand ambassador Ahmed Abdelaziz, with the main goal of catering to clients’ aspirations and maintaining customer loyalty and trust. Ladera's last appearance glammed Cairo's billboards with their creative geometric-art campaign that used pastel colors to raise curiosity about what Ladera compound will feature in terms of activities and recreational elements, however, all that the campaign highlighted was that Ladera is "Coming Soon". 

The real estate developers are back on billboards stronger than ever with their "Start Breathing" campaign that promotes a 7% down payment and an easy installment plan that goes up to 7 years. The ad visual portrays 3 individuals meditating and practicing yoga, headed by the aforementioned celebrity, in a beautifully architected landscape with luxurious townhouses in the background and a relaxing pool behind them. Another visual for the campaign shows the famous star Ahmed Abdelaziz going for a jog with his pet dog, reflecting on the leisure features provided at Ladera. The third visual demonstrates the actor enjoying some personal time, and reading a book in Ladera's breathtaking green landscapes. The campaign uses Ladera's main slogan which translates to "An Idea! More Than Just a Compound'' and informs potential customers that Merath Developments is available via their hotline "15008". Their website "", as well as their presence on social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook @merathdevelopments, are displayed at the bottom left corner of the ad. Merath Developments also uses its official hashtag in the campaign that translates to #TheMakersofRealEstate.
