The rising real estate developer, UC Developments, has joined the fierce race on Cairo's billboards, promoting and raising awareness on its new project UNITOWER at Egypt's New Administrative Capital. UNITOWER Business Complex is branded as 'the best of living connectivity' since it combines facilities including; business centers, administrative schools, and entertainment & fundraising activities. The business park also has a strategic advantage as it is located on all major axes; so it's 1 minute to the monorail station, 1 minute to Al Masa Hotel, 2 minutes to the governmental district & 5 minutes to the presidential palace. 

UC Development's prior campaign announced a 10% launch discount with a payment plan of 14 years and are currently back on billboards promoting 15% down payment and a 15% discount. The ad visuals illustrate an actual image of the luxurious and enormous UNITOWER business complex. The advert uses a consistent slogan "Simply the Best…" which is a clear, concise, relevant & branded tagline that is bound to reflect UC Developments' authenticity to consumers. The campaign also informs audiences that UNITOWER is at "DownTown– New Capital" using a plum purple color as the solid background to establish brand recognition, so that UC Developments is tied to plum purple in the consumers' minds. Especially since all its campaigns maintain using this color since it is royal, luxurious, and uplifting, in a similar fashion to UNITOWER's facilities; the aquarium, wildlife zone, sky lounge, fully furnished apartments, food court, fully serviced administrative units and much more. The advert also highlights that the architectural consultancy is by Hany Saad Innovations.
