The real estate developer, the MarQ has landed on the billboards of Cairo with a new OOH campaign to give a glimpse of its second project The Water MarQ, situated in New Cairo, next to the AUC University.

The MarQ has made it on Cairo’s roads to announce the launch of its latest project in New Cairo that is spanning 20 acres from the Azad project. The new real estate project will be launched as well as executed during 2 years, according to the time program that was put by the company. Furthermore, the MarQ corporate with leading companies to develop designs of the project, where it boasts a 10,000-meter lagoon. The visuals appeared on two different backgrounds; using black and white backgrounds. The black color is symbolic of elegance and sophistication, while the usage of the white color on the background gives integrity to the ad, emphasizing that the Water MarQ is your gateway to serenity and luxury. On the other hand, it is popular that both colors are easy colors for texts to read.  As for the ad copy, it highlights that the Water MarQ is a “One in a million”, offering “An exclusive villa community at AZAD”, surrounded by fully-fledged services and lavishly spacious greenery. At the bottom space, it offers a hotline for more details.
