LargestMENA online portal souq.com has kept busy this month promoting different launches of smartphone models through outdoor media campaigns.
Parallel to Huawei’s promotion, which only lasted one week, souq.com’s OOH campaign for Infinix latest model S2 will stay longer on the boards – as they are the exclusive retailer for this model.
Founded in 2013, Honk-Kong based mobile manufacturer Infinix has also focused their efforts in engineering a great camera in their latest model. As the ads showcase with icons, the new smartphone model includes a Dual Front camera of 13MP. With the slogan “The Selfie in another shape”, the S2 introduces the concept of “Wefie”: a 135° wide angle camera lenses that allows users to capture a group selfie without the need of a selfie stick.
Over a white background, the new smartphone model can be seen next to the slogan in gold typo with the icons representing the main features of the model. Souq.com’s logo appears in blue on the right bottom corner, and a red band above informs viewers that they are the exclusive retailer of the smartphone.
The campaign uses Medium, Large, and X-Large uni-poles and can be spotted all across the city.
