Gaia is a 280-acre seafront development on Egypt's North Coast, in Ras El Hekma, around 190 kilometers north of Alexandria, also it combines contemporary and Arabian architectural styles to provide the finest of both worlds to residents to satisfy all tastes. 

Since Al Ahly Sabbour seeks to achieve a complete living planet, the visuals feature of new beachfront development, nestled in Egypt's North Coast, bounded by full-fledged and integrated services that make life complete. In addition, the visuals depict one of its units, where GAIA comprises a variety of cabanas, two or three-bedroom chalets, twin houses, duplexes, and standalone villas. The ad copy reveals prices of units, where the villas and fully finished start from “3,650,000 L.E.”, whereas chalets start from “1,500,000 L.E.”, adding a hotline number for booking your unit now at GAIA to embrace summer vibes, highlighting that GAIA is “A Summer To Treasure”.
