This time, Marota Developments debuts on Cairo’s billboards with an OOH advertising campaign, introducing its first project in Egypt "Mastro Mall", situated in a distinct area of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), specifically in the Downtown area.

Marota Developments has shown up on the billboards of Egypt for the first time, presenting its first project in Egypt Mastro Mall. Mastro Mall is a commercial project and a gateway for promenades and activities that is spanning over 5,250 sqm, it features a built-up area of 9,446 sqm with a ground floor, 5 floors, and a car park of more than 10,000 sqm. The company assigned the international consultant office “Raef Fahmi Architects” for the Mastro Mall, alongside the cooperation with the French operator “Business Concierge'' and a strong Egyptian company that is about to be revealed soon. The visuals feature a 3D rendering of Marota’s Mall distinctive building design on a dark blue background, illustrating via the ad copy that the project is a "Commercial Zone". The phrase "Good Times Anchorage” comes with Marota's tagline "Concept To Creation", shown at the bottom of the background with Marota's contact number as a straightforward call-to-action.
