PepsiCo Egypt has launched a new OOH advertising campaign over Cairo’s billboards, promoting one of its leading soft drink brands Mirinda by presenting its new refreshing taste of tangerine and citrus of Mirinda Plus. This campaign has landed on the roads of Cairo after introducing the new thrilling and refreshing flavors of the Mirinda Magic since its last OOH campaign in 2019. This campaign uses grabbing-eye colors on the visual's background; the orange color fused with the Mystic Maroon color to signify the Tangerine flavor, whereas the Green color merged with the Neon Yellow color to imply the lime and citrus flavors. As for the visuals, it features a young adult boy and girl who seem to be enjoying the new Mirinda Plus, appearing with rebranded cans with sliced pieces of lime and tangerine. The ad copy highlighted the phrase “صودا بلسعة عصير” or “Soda with Juice Squeeze”, as a call-to-action to try the new Miranda Plus with an intense fruity taste.
