The promising real estate developer, Maven Developments has launched a new outdoor advertising campaign, presenting its new project Cali Coast in Ras El Hekma in the North Coast, which is considered a main tourist destination. This OOH campaign appeared after calling people to stay home to help in containing the outbreak of COVID-19 in its last OOH awareness campaign



The award-winning U.S. developer, Riverwards Group is the American sister company of Maven Development, as Riverwards Group is Philadelphia’s premiere most prestigious new construction development group. Following Maven Developments’ first project Baymount in Ain Sokhna, Maven Developments is now launching Cali North in Ras El Hekma in the North Coast. Cali North is 230 acre, including more than 2,500 residential units and 13% built-up area from chalets, villas and hotel apartments, supplied by all integrated facilities, best technological services, and boardwalk are made to mimic American design, as Cali Coast is a sun-soaked heaven inspired by California beaches lifestyle. On the other hand, Cali Coast features a turquoise sea and a 30-acre beachfront that stretches 600 meters.
