Led by H.E Mohammed I. Al Shaibani, Ithra Dubai has made it to the billboards of Dubai with an outdoor advertising campaign to shed more light on its mixed-use project, Deira Enrichment Project (DEP) by spreading awareness about its residential services.
The time of urban regeneration is now, bringing DEP with 400,00 residents, 30% of Dubai’s established trading locations, is home for 20% of Dubai population, 10% of GDP, and 1% of Dubai landmass. DEP is located in the middle of everywhere, 9km from Dubai International Airport, 10km from Dubai Frame, 11km from the World Trading Centre, 15km from Burj Khalifa, 16km Dubai International Financial Centre, and 27km from Burj Al Arab. The ad copy highlights that you can “Move in now”, a “Family-friendly 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments”, to get you to “Deira now”, adding a call-to-action with a number to call and their website. Other ad copies write “The home you’ve dreamed of is to your left”, adding “An even more vibrant Deira to your right”.
The OOH advertisement started to pop on the streets during the fourth week of January, seen on a hoarding, while the bridge billboards are powered by Hills Advertising both in Al Khaleej Road, Al Mamzar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
