With INSIT OOH's monthly screening of outdoor campaigns, it has been a year of ups and downs since the beginning. Our Market Insights have shown an average of decline since stepping into the 2nd quarter due to the pandemic, but as commonly expected for such a huge and remarkable market in Cairo, numbers have begun to spike since October's insights, reaching a total number of 191 campaigns in November to record the highest one since the first quarter.

Despite the market occupancy scoring the same as last month, with 54% occupied and 46% available, which proves that the industry is holding its ground firmly, this month is bringing us more positive signs for the OOH industry as more advertisers are joining the billboards. The total campaigns in November have jumped from 166 to 191, adding two new campaigns and 23 more running ones. Regarding industries, the top ones are nearly still securing their positions, except the Public Administration that saw a considerable decline losing its 2nd spot last month with 14%, to get back to the 4th with 8% in November; most probably because the Egyptian Parliament's campaigns are now over. On the other hand, the always leading Real Estate and the prominent Telecommunication industries are both acquiring 2% more than October, while the Automotive is still placing 3rd but with an increase of 1%.
