Etisalat has launched an outdoor advertising campaign in the streets of Cairo to bring back its "أقوى كارت", which means "Strongest card", featuring the superstar Mohamed Ramadan that presented the prepaid card in its first launch. Etisalat appears on the billboards after its last OOH campaign in September for the Emerald Package.

The OOH campaign has shown up capturing Ramadan while he's standing still and flexing some muscles, announcing that "The strongest card in Egypt is now way stronger", inviting you to call *011# and recharge "Akwa Kart" and you'll get five times the original charge. Not to mention, the card also gives you a chance to enter the Spin & Win game by Etisalat to wind some grand prizes as TV, scooter, mobile phones, and cash.
