Real estate player Mardev Development has made it to Cairo's billboards with its first outdoor advertising campaign, presenting its multiple projects for its brand positioning, and introducing Mardev Plaza with some competitive payment plans.

Mardev launched its OOH campaign with two visuals to deliver its different objectives, placing its logo wide and clear for guaranteed publicity while showcasing its four project beneath; Mardev Plaza, Menorca, Skylight Mall, and Asgard Mall. Meanwhile, another visual is displaying a conceptual image of the unique architecture of Mardev Plaza, announcing the terms of "10% down payment" and advantageous "12 years of installments", followed by the hotline at the bottom for more inquiries by the audience.
