Following the success of their TV and digital campaigns, Vodafone has launched a follow-up OOH campaign to promote their latest offer “Kart el Korot” (“the card of the cards”). The campaign ads feature their iconic character el Mared (the Genie), as well as singer Ahmed Sheba and the band Oka wi Ortega. Over their new rebranded red backgrounds, the ad copy informs viewers of exciting prizes over the logos of participant brands in the cross-promotion – namely Careem, Cook Door and Kheir Zaman. Launched towards the end of January, the campaign spreads widely across most districts of Greater Cairo with large and x-large uni-poles, gates, billboards, double-decker poles, mega signs, T-poles, light boxes, and serials.
