At this time of the year, it's the moment when INSITE OOH delivers the coverage of what's happening on the road trip to the North Coast; it has always been a playground for vast and creative OOH campaigns for the summer, tapping on what travelers need to consider on their list to have a good time. This year, despite the pandemic consequences, the OOH market is still holding firmly to the North Coast landscape; it's the never losing hotspot.

Different industries arrived with Out-of-home campaigns on the North Coast. But for the most significant share of billboards, it has been captured by the Real Estate players, especially the ones offering new destinations to spend your beach time at; it's a no-brainer for them. And as the Real Estate industry is the most competitive on Egypt's billboards, we can consider it the green-light that the OOH Market is bouncing back strongly.

Speaking of real estate advertisers, City Edge Developments is one of the dominating developers on top of North Coast's billboards. It appears massively for the third year in a row, showing up with different campaigns to boost its three New Alamein projects; Mazarine, The Gate Towers, and Downtown. It came with a branding campaign, showcasing all projects' logos alongside City Edge's. Simultaneously, running other campaigns to grab some attention to Mazarine and The Gate destinations, each one solely.

Other real estate giants have also made a steady presence at North Coast, like Al Ahly Sabbour, promoting its project GAIA, Almaza Bay to brand itself as "Your Ultimate Sanctuary", INERTIA hyping up Jefaira project, and Mountain View bringing "The pure Greek joy of living" with Crete Islands. Moreover, NEWGIZA has joined to announce Seashell Playa is "launching now", along with Stella Heights Sidi Abdelrahman that promotes its "Sea View Chalets" by Location with its logo and hotline. As well as Maxim Developments that landed with Bo Islands to "Own your beach". After all, PRE Developments also secured its place to promote Stone Residence at New Cairo, and Sky Town phase of Hadaba project in 6th of October City.

More advertisers were keen to keep up with their audience and accompany them on their way to the beach. The biggest campaign was launched by the Ministry of Health and Population to raise awareness about the safety measures needed at your vacation, advising several tips and nutrition guides for keeping good health on a remarkable 2D informative designs. Meanwhile, others appear to offer travelers the services and products they might need for a quality summer vacation, as EBE Bank, WE, Raid, Axa and Hub Furniture, mingling their offers in copies that fit summer vibes. At the end of the day, the University of Canada in Egypt also showed up as just a reminder for fresh grads to recall their next step once the vacation ends.

Unlike every summer, this year is expected to hold lots of more outdoor campaigns as schools and universities have postponed their activity till October, leading definitely to more visits at this period to the North Coast. After all, this is just the beginning; it's part 1 of what's happening out there.
