Spreading awareness on the billboards of Cairo by empowering the people of Cairo with the knowledge to stay home and stay safe; Egyptian medical laboratory Al Mokhtabar, Moamena Kamel Lab has released an outdoor advertising campaign to pay back to their audiences until the COVID-19 outbreak passes by with minimal harm.
Practicing their Corporate Social Responsibility on the billboards of Cairo for years, Al Mokhtabar has many initiatives that prove how dedicated and passionate they are about their work; the obesity OOH awareness campaign back in 2017, followed by their outdoor awareness campaign during Mother’s Day of 2018 to shed more light about the importance of Vitamin D test, till we reach 2019’s Mother’s Day campaign as well, highlighting women’s most common diseases and its blood tests.
This time, Al Mokhtabar is appearing to help people to know that they can stay home safely and get a home visit, where they can get their blood tested without jeopardizing their health during the pandemic of COVID-19. The ad copy elaborates “Stay Home … And let the home visit on us … Home visits are now free … While you are in comfort”. The bottom side includes their logo, in addition to their long term tagline "حب نفسك" which translates to “Love yourself”.
Seen in the streets during the third week of April, the campaign is using double-decker poles and uni-poles in a limited media plan in Greater Cairo.
