Parallel to their out-of-home teaser campaign, real estate tycoon Palm Hills Developments is hitting with another OOH campaign to brand their newly developed commercial project Westlane Blvd in Palm Parks, West Cairo.

The campaign is using transactional marketing strategy to promote its project on a brown-toned background and the project’s name in a huge font. Other visuals include a young lady shopping with an ad copy that clarifies “Out in the old … In with the new” to reflect the project’s essences.

The campaign was released in the last week of February, using uni-poles, mega-signs, and billboards in multiple locations across Greater Cairo.
