Parallel to their outdoor campaign for The Winter Carinaval, Amazon keeps it simple and smart on Valentine’s Day with their promotional outdoor advertising campaign for Souq.com campaign to celebrate Valentine’s Day on the billboards of Cairo, similar to their last year’s OOH campaign for the same occasion.
Offering the people of the MENA a more empowering shopping experience, Souq.com is offering endless choices on one platform. Accordingly, it’s fair to say that the e-commerce company has wide demographics, targeting both genders with an ad copy that says “Express your love”. As for the visuals, it display a variety of Valentine’s gifts for you to choose from, such as fashion wear products, consumer electronics gadgets and Valentine’s most purchased item, teddy bears, aligning well with their positioning strategy to provide a fully-integrated service.
Starting from the second week of February, Souq.com went across-the-board, using billboards, uni-pole different locations across Cairo.
