Following their OOH campaign to promote Compound 2020, El Nasr For Housing & Development has released another outdoor advertising campaign to promote three of its leading residential projects.
Turning to transactional marketing tactic to make sure their ROI increases, El Nasr is displaying its visuals on a maroon background with sky-high buildings, while the ad copy roles, saying “LE 50,000 sign the contract and pay the rest over 9 years”, adding the names of their three projects at the bottom of the visuals.
Appearing during the last week of December, the campaign is using mega-signs, double-decker poles and billboards in various locations across Greater Cairo.
