Real estate developer Next Home is returning to the OOH arena to promote their leading project Next Point on the billboards of Cairo, listing their services, quality and features on an outdoor advertising campaign.

The developer is using transactional marketing strategy to increase its ROI with much help from the OOH media as one of the main channels and sales points of the real estate industry. The visuals are showing a bluish background and a 3D conceptual design of the buildings of the residential project. As for the ad the copy, it lists “Spaces, services, location, design, safety, pricing” stating “عشرة على عشرة” which translates to “Couldn’t be better”. The bottom side has the advertiser’s logo and hotline.

Released during the last week of November, the campaign uses double-decker poles, uni-poles, butterfly and billboards in various locations across Greater Cairo.
