Luxury real estate brand Sarai by Madinet Nasr for Housing & Development (MNHD) follows the lead of Canava Springs OOH campaign with another parallel outdoor hit to brand themselves via the billboards of Cairo.

To launch a huge OOH campaign with just your brand name and the most minimum ad copy in several prime locations; you need to be a no stranger to the outdoor scene with different previous campaigns that played a vital role in your branding process for your identity and awareness towards your services. Sarai is using a white background to reflect the clarity and new beginnings with their name in a huge font and the word “Mansions” underneath, other visuals have “Gated estates”, one more visual dedicated only for their website URL and hotline as a clear call-to-action for the billboards viewers.

The campaign can be seen on a combination of billboards, butterfly double-decker, double-decker poles, and uni-poles that appeared during the first week of December in prime locations across Greater Cairo.
