After introducing Rivan last month with an OOH campaign, promising real estate developer Altameer Arabian is conquering the outdoor market with huge media plans and ongoing OOH campaign for their residential project in NAC, Rivan. The advertiser has upgraded their outdoor advertising campaign to reveal their home units to viewers with a B2C marketing strategy.   

As Rivan is trying to engrave their brand identity to the Egyptian market, they have used their branded maroon color in the background to protect their brand guidelines and go by the book; the visuals show a 3D shot of the project’s units and a girl playing on the piano and enjoying the inspiring modern view of the home units and gardens around her. Regarding the ad copy, it informs viewers that the brand is building “Blooming life stories”; also announcing that their units are “Fully finished” and that it contains “Luxury apartments – Serviced villas”. The bottom space has their website URL and hotline for further information.

The campaign was upgraded during the first week of October, using combinations of double-decker poles, butterfly double-decker poles and mega signs in multiple locations across Greater Cairo.
