Known for their uniqueness, creativity and strong messages; Capital Group Properties CGP  that are in the process of re-branding to be "IMKAN Misr" in the very near future brings back to promote the lifestyle of Al Burouj in New Cairo with a new branding out-of-home advertising campaign, after their last OOH campaign in October 2018.


The real estate project is using emotional marketing strategy with their tagline “سكن وحياة” which translates to “Accommodation and life”, displayed on a navy blue background, putting the advertiser’s logo and website URL. All the visuals have a creative artwork with negative effects to reveal that “Cadmus International School” is now located in Al Burouj, Cairo, Egypt, showing graduates holding their caps, a group of employees working, in addition to artistic and modern artworks portraying drums to show the life of the party at El Sawy Cultural Wheel and an artist drawing something to be the reflection of the lifestyle you will enjoy at Al Burouj. 

 

The campaign popped during the first week of October, using butterfly double-decker pole, with a combination of uni-poles, double-decker poles and mega-signs in different locations across Greater Cairo.
