Spreading awareness about women’s health should be on the top priorities of every healthcare organization; this is why Al Mokhtabar is encouraging every lady to be “One step ahead” by “Testing your blood sugar level and take good care of yourself” with a visual that includes a happy lady and in the back lies the same lady, but this time she seems to be in pain, delivering a message that when you do your checkups you will look healthier and happier. Another visual with a middle-aged man and an ad copy that says, be “One step ahead” and “Test your liver functions and take good care of yourself”. The bottom side includes their website URL and hotline as a CTA to the billboards viewers.

The campaign appeared during the first week of September, using uni-poles and double-decker poles in several locations across Greater Cairo.
