The Entertainment industry has been blooming this summer to offer viewers the best outings ever for those who love to feel hyped and entertained. The last few months have brought to the outdoor market some of the greatest concerts, not only of this year but honestly of all time, with the people involved in the Marketing and Advertising industries reflecting  Entertainment Marketing strategies on the OOH scene to get the best out of the summer season, featuring worldwide artists arriving at Egypt’s new destination New Alamein City, Gulf Artists who seize the glam of Hollywood of the Middle East and finally Egyptian artists who are filling the North Coast villages with the sound of music.

Worldwide Artists

Egypt has always been an attraction point for everybody around the world; tourists, artists, musicians and more would love to meet the Egyptian people, get to know the Egyptian culture and most importantly stun on the Egyptian billboards with their newly launched OOH campaigns.

Yanni Performs his second concert by the sea

Performing in the North Coast mountains; legendary Greek artist, pianist and composer Yanni returns to the billboards of Cairo after three years of absence, performing his 2019 world tour live during July, under the name of “Yanni by the Sea” and hosted by Mountain View in Ras El Hekma. On a black background to reflect elegance,  the visuals uses the rule of thirds composition to include the entire concert’s information on two thirds and the iconic artist appears smiling and looking extremely attractive on one-third of the ad.

Russ entertains in Egypt for the very first time

It seems like New Alamein City is becoming the new place to be this summer; coming from Atlanta, Georgia Russell James Vitale, known as Russ and The Wolf, an American independent rapper, songwriter and record producer arrived at Egypt to perfume live at Almasa Hotel New Alamein’s Music Arena brought to by Event’s Organizer Egypt Calendar and Cvents on an OOH campaign. The concert has many sponsors such as QNB, Coca-Cola, Swvl, radio partners Nile FM and Nogoum FM, Al Hayat Laser Clinic, Etisalat’s plan Demagh Tanya and more. The hype, energy and entertainment are portrayed on the billboards with the neon halo around the artist’s head, while its creativity is shown with the whole visual split on a double-decker pole to reflect fun and energy.

J-Lo celebrates her 50th birthday live in New Alamein 

Announcing her very first concert in Egypt; the artist, hip-hop legend and billboard charts ruler Jennifer Lopez chose New Alamein City to be the destination for her first live performance, giving us one of the biggest concerts as part of her “It’s My Party” tour to celebrate her 50th birthday with her beloved fans. The billboards of Cairo and the North Coast celebrated the pop icon with an OOH awareness campaign brought to us by Orascom Developments, powered by Etisalat, financial partner Arab African International Bank, fashion sponsor Nagwa Zahran Fashion, in addition to Nile FM, The G Hotel, Kings Polo, Seacode Beach Club, Deezer, Uber, Mercedes-Benz and eniGma magazine. The visuals were as shiny as her long run career with the stage lights and the star in action, wearing a green performing suit that looks amazing.

Gulf Artists

Hollywood of the Middle East has forever been the place to go if you want to be someone in show business and Entertainment Industry; as a result, a huge number of Middle Eastern artist, including the Gulf area have started their musical career in Egypt, and the rest either have visited the country as a tourist, sang in the Egyptian accent or performed on its land, thrilled to appear on its billboards, just like these two legendary Arab artists Mohamed Abdo and Rabeh Saqr.

Rabeh Saqer fires up Cairo’s Summer Concerts 

Saudi talented singer Rabeh Saqer known as “Abo Sager” has popped on the billboards to announce his grand concert in Egypt during “Cairo’s summer concerts” to make sure your summer activities is as hot as the temperature this August, brought to you by Retaj Media at The Nile Ritz-Carlton. The superstar appears on a black background on one-third of the visuals while the two remaining thirds have all the information needed.

Mohamed Abdo honors his career of 50 years at Cairo Summer Concerts

On the other hand, Saudi media conglomerate Rotana Music, the largest media company in the Arab world brought the artist of the Arab Mohamed Abdo to the billboards of Cairo, as part of “Cairo’s summer concerts” in August at The Nile Ritz-Carlton, in parallel to  completing a 50 years of working in pioneering show business . The visuals show the megastar is in the middle of a singing moment with all his guts in it and in the blurry background lies some of his listeners sitting elegantly.

Egyptian Artists 

When it comes to partying, Egyptians know how to do it right and our billboards are the biggest proof of that. This summer lots of Egyptian artists have appeared on several OOH campaigns to make their debut with all the energy in the house, one of those artists are Tamer Hosny and Mohamed Ramadan and Mahmoud El Esseily.

Ramadan is here with “The most powerful concert in the North Coast”

Live at Golf Porto Marina, Egyptian actor and singer Mohamed Ramadan has appeared on the billboards of Cairo and the North Coast to let everybody know that “The most powerful concert in the North Coast” is here. As for the visuals, the star stands there looking muscly and dead serious and in the background we can find the blue calming color of the sea, announcing that the fun has just begun. The bottom space announces that the concert is brought to you by Black & White and Ramadan Hosny Production, powered by Mazzika, organized by Media Scope events, the concert is sponsored by Etisalat, MR Production, Amer Group, eniGma, Al Nahar, Youm7, 92.7 FM and Radio Sha3by 95 FM.

Tamer Hosny Celebrates 15 years of music in New Alamein

One of Etisalat’s ambassadors who started his career at 2004 to become one of the most famous pop artists in the Middle East that we grew up with; artist, actor and singer Tamer Hosny performed live in New Alamein at Almasa Hotel last August. The concert is organized by Egypt Calendar the same organizer and hotel as Russ’s concert. The concert features the Gypsy Kings; a group of flamenco, salsa and pop musicians from Arles and Montpellier in the south of France to accompany the star in his singing and entertaining. As for the visuals, the superstar stands at the center with the Gypsy Kings playing their instruments around Tamer, while the ad copy says “Tamer Hosny”, “15 years celebration”, “2004 – 2019” The bottom space has the logos of the singer as an organizer, a number for reservation and ticketsmarché’s logo, Orange as their main sponsor, logistic partner Egypt Events, Digital Partner Victory Link, platinum sponsor Rotana Music, Deezer.

Mahmoud El Esseily sings in IAEMS this September 

Current Vodafone ambassador, singer, songwriter and composer Mahmoud El Esseily has just joined the train of entertainment with his new concert in International Academy for Engineering & Media Science (IAEMS) in 6th of October City, brought to you by Amazon Entertainments. The campaign is as colorful as your summer should be, with a visuals that fits the summertime, using splashed different watercolors with a huge portion of orange to spread energy and the singer holding his mic to get ready to party on one third of the visuals, while the rest has his name in a huge white font and next to it is the concert’s date “12 of Sep”.

As seen from the previous campaigns, New Alamein City has become a destination not only for those who are seeking a nice vacation project to stay at, but also the place to be in order to enjoy a nice breeze of entertainment with International, Middle Eastern and Egyptian artists seen on the roads of both  North Coast and off course our beloved Greater Cairo.
