Real estate developer Marseilia Group continues to stay on the billboards of Cairo to reinforce its vacation project Cascadia in North Coast, upgrading their ongoing OOH campaign to present a different perspective for the project.

The visuals shift from the colorful flowers to pictures of a natural waterfall, beach and different models; taking viewers to a different setting with the beauty of the backgrounds. Regarding the ad copy, it is still the same as in their previous campaign “New Sa7el destination from Marseilia” while also reintroducing the name of the project “Cascadia” with its location “North Coast”; leaving a CTA to viewers to visit their website or call their hotline for more information.

The campaign was upgraded during the fourth week of August, using uni-poles, double-decker poles and billboards in multiple locations across Greater Cairo.
