Real estate developer Aqar Masr has launched a new OOH campaign to keep promoting their residential project Anakaji in New Capital, after introducing the project on an outdoor campaign last March.

Capturing their inspiration from the Nubian villages and art, Anakaji is mixing between the calming blue color with the brown tone to give more and more authenticity to the ad. Regarding the ad copy, “Anakaji” is written in a big white font, attracting everybody’s attention, along with “New Capital” written underneath and their cool slogan “بيوت ع الدنيا طلة” which translates to “Houses viewing the world”. 

Another visual with the same background introduces their special offer with “0% down payment” and “Up to 10 years installments”, easing for you the process of owning a house in the NAC. The bottom space contains the developer’s logo and their hotline for any further inquiries.

Starting during the second week of June, the campaign can be seen on double-decker poles in different locations across Greater Cairo.
