Following their branding campaign in April, leading real estate developer Talaat Moustafa Group continues to stay on the billboards with an ongoing OOH strategy, this time announcing the launch of a new residential phase in Madinaty called Privado.
The visuals show 3D residential buildings models, introducing the concept of the project with a golden gate that opens, and there you can see buildings and pools; this brings us to the ad copy that says the slogan of the project “Your gate way to privacy”, along with a massage that says “Superior housing”. The bottom space is reserved for the logos of Talaat Moustafa Group and Madinaty along with the hotline for more inquiries. Parallel to it, an ad that introduces the name of project “Privado” written in golden large fonts, under it lies the location of the project “Madinaty” and its slogan.
Starting during the first week of June, the campaign dazzled the roads on uni-poles, double-decker poles in various locations across Greater Cairo.
