Following their successful rebranding campaign, Maraf Developments has returned with the announcement of NOMAD, a project that is set to command the real estate scene in the 5th settlement’s golden square, one of the liveliest and most vibrant areas in the fifth settlement. The area is in a prime location near numerous major roads and important destinations, including the New Administrative Capital, the AUC campus, and more.
The campaign, which was executed on a large scale, selected locations for the adverts in proximity to the project's site. This included locations on the most active roads leading to the 5th settlement, as well as locations in Central Cairo. On the creative front, the campaign leaned into a Renaissance-inspired visual direction, adding a layer of prestige to the OOH rollout. This approach stood in sharp contrast to the modern visual language that dominates roadside advertising, allowing the campaign to break through the norm. The distinctive visuals sparked curiosity, captured attention, and secured a lasting place in viewers’ memories.
By pairing bold visuals with high-impact placements, Maraf Developments positions NOMAD as more than a launch announcement.
