Emirati-Egyptian developer Emaar has brought back to the billboards their flagship beach project Marassi to announce the launch of their latest phase.

 With images of vast water channels to host the sailing of large-size  vessels, the ads present the new “Marina West”, with ad copy that  describes the development as “Miami-inspired living”. The branding is  displayed over partitioned backgrounds that include modern, clear-cut  font types along the ad visuals.

The new campaign has been launched  during the second half of July and uses uni-poles, double-decker poles,  mega signs, and gate combinations on the major roads of Greater Cairo.
