Zoya Developments is a real estate developer in Dubai that was established in the year 2022 that focuses on luxurious residential and commercial projects. And as of this January, Zoya marked its first venture into the DOOH market.
The campaign had a very simple objective: to generate awareness. Which was clear in their campaign choices, starting with the formats. Zoya went for a hoarding and unipole, which were tactically placed on high-traffic roads in Dubai. As for the visuals, they went for a very minimalistic approach, which was clear from their choice of an all-black background, which gave off a sense of mystery and wonder about what Zoya has got in store for its intended audience. And this was taken one step forward with the copy: Zoya 800, which, given their history in developments like Pristine in Al Furjan, is almost certainly the start of a huge rollout for one of their upcoming projects.
Zoya’s first step into the DOOH space feels less like a launch and more like a declaration of arrival. Zoya Developments positions itself as a brand confident enough to let curiosity do the heavy lifting. If this is indeed the opening chapter of a larger rollout, then Zoya 800 has succeeded in doing exactly what it set out to do: make Dubai look twice and anticipate what's next.
