As a new developer, Kora Properties uses this campaign less as a statement and more as a way to introduce itself in the real estate market, and that is where the billboards become worth breaking down. The visuals are consistent and direct, with “IL VENTO” positioned as the clear anchor across all executions. followed by the positioning line “Luxury waterfront living”, which tells you exactly what they want you to associate the brand with before you even get into details.
The project name sits high on the layout, paired with a single waterfront render that establishes the setting without drifting into lifestyle storytelling. The location callout “Dubai Maritime City “appears clearly, doing the practical work of grounding the project.
As for the color palette, it sticks to cool blues, greys, and whites, echoing the waterfront setting without spelling it out. It keeps everything easy to read on digital screens, especially at a distance. The typography matches that approach, clean and contemporary, designed to support the message.
The campaign began appearing on digital screens across the city in the first week of December.
