O Plaza Emerges as a New Landmark in the Heart of October City
O Plaza, the mixed-use project by The Point Development, steps onto Cairo’s billboards for the first time with a campaign rooted firmly in El Hosary. Spread across billboards around Cairo, the campaign introduces O Plaza as a new retail, offices, and clinics destination, while tying its identity directly to one of the area’s most familiar and active landmarks.
The theme running through the billboard campaign is clear and consistent. Every billboard displays the name of the facility: O Plaza October, with a clear list of its intended functions: Retail, Offices, Clinics. The billboard headline sums all this up succinctly, introducing the facility not as a dream or a hope of the future, but as the arrival of a new factor in the already-existing neighborhood of El Hosary. The logo of the Point Development takes its well-deserved rest, accompanied by the phone number: 17066.

Each version carries the same layout and text, with only the background color changing from one board to the next. Architectural visuals are included on some placements and omitted on others, appearing small and secondary rather than dominant. The designs remain consistent regardless of format, creating a sequence of similar messages encountered over time rather than a single standout execution.
