A+ Developments returns to Cairo’s billboards with a new rollout for Stay’N Residence, the hotel-style residential compound in 6th of October City. This marks the project’s appearance since November 2025 and reintroduces the brand’s promise of modern serviced living supported by furnished units, greenery, and direct access to essential facilities and major city axes.

From a marketing perspective, the OOH spread uses a dual-visual system to control viewer recall across long stretches of the Ring Road. The blue creative focuses on architecture and lifestyle aspiration, showing the project’s façade with a calm, high-end tone. The red keycard visual pushes a stronger conceptual message: serviced living, hotel convenience, and the idea of “unlocking” a new kind of home. Alternating these visuals through panoramics and lampposts builds rhythm, while the large placements sit at high-traffic choke points to maximize exposure. The presence of Life Gate Development (LGD) beside the main boards adds a credibility layer tied to hospitality and service management.
