The data reveals a highly dynamic market, with the Real Estate sector exhibiting overwhelming dominance. Nineteen out of twenty campaigns belong to real estate, including the top five highest-scoring campaigns.

Noteworthy Changes

According to MOOH’s latest data, Real Estate continues to dominate Cairo’s OOH landscape, securing an impressive 9,939 ad faces, far surpassing all other sectors and affirming its ongoing investment in outdoor visibility. Trailing behind at a considerable distance, FMCG recorded 1,234 ad faces, followed closely by the Telecommunications sector with 1,186, showcasing both industries' consistent eagerness to maintain brand recall among commuters. Government-led communication also had a notable footprint this month, with Public Administration campaigns accumulating 653 ad faces, while Automotive (561) and Health Care (541) brands maintained steady visibility across major routes. Other active contributors included Finance & Investment (458), Consumer Electronics (418), and Foodservice (402), each sector reinforcing its competitive stance through strategic OOH placements. Cultural and entertainment-focused advertisers under Arts & Media (386) also exhibited strong engagement. Lower-volume yet still significant categories such as Business Services (283), Media & Broadcasting (263), Retail (241), and Hospitality (212) continued to secure presence, ensuring diversified content across the city’s billboard network. Finally, niche sectors like Industrial & Technical Supplies (107) and the Others category (430) rounded out the distribution, contributing to Cairo’s collectively rich and varied OOH environment for the month.

Key messages like Signature Villas and Leveled Views emphasize luxury and verticality. Al Jar Development launched a striking D/OOH campaign in October 2025 for its flagship Al Jar British District in New Cairo, blending British elegance with modern urban living. Featuring a vivid red backdrop and minimal yet powerful visuals, the campaign conveys sophistication, exclusivity, and refined lifestyle aspirations. Highlighting the district’s unique offerings, including Egypt’s first British-affiliated medical school in partnership with Aston University, it positions the project as a signature destination. 5. AQMAR

Kayan Developments and ELAF Developments launched a striking OOH campaign in October 2025 for their high-end Aqmar project in New Zayed, featuring celestial-themed visuals and the slogan Where Life Shines Like Stars. The campaign blends minimalist Arabic typography with galactic imagery, creating a futuristic, premium aesthetic across billboards and digital screens.
