The quietly confident real estate developer, Capital Elite Developments, has slipped back onto Cairo’s billboards as if it never really left. After its last appearance on October 28, Capital Elite Developments is showing up again along the city’s main roads.
Their message is unmissable to anyone driving past. On deep royal blue backdrops, the words “WE ARE THE ORIGINS” sit boldly at the center, flanked by the brand name “CAPITAL ELITE DEVELOPMENTS” at the top. Beneath the statement, a gold ankh symbol takes centre stage, styled to feel both ancient and modern, like a quiet nod to Egyptian identity without overdoing it.
In the lower corner, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts logo anchors the concept in hospitality, while the contact number “15270” appears consistently across the boards. On some placements, a smaller line reads “LIVE THE HOTEL LIFE EVERY DAY,” offering a glimpse into the lifestyle positioning behind the campaign.
In other locations, the creative shifts slightly. A regal, Egyptian-inspired female figure in gold headwear stares ahead with calm confidence, surrounded by the same blue palette and gold detailing. The overall look stays clean and uncluttered, relying on strong color, simple typography, and symbolism rather than overcrowded messaging. A red version of the billboard also appears along the same stretch of road, carrying the same text “WE ARE THE ORIGINS,” but giving it a warmer, more striking presence against the sky.
