In an energetic move to reinforce brand awareness and consumer trust, Opella Healthcare Egypt has launched a widespread OOH campaign for Telfast, its flagship allergy relief pharmaceuticals product. After a long absence form the OOH scene, their new visuals are impossible to miss across Cairo's highways: featuring bright purple tones, a wide-smiling commuter, and the slogan:  "Fast allergy relief with no drowsiness. Choose Telfast—no overthinking required."

Backed by a relatable everyday insight, the fact that nobody likes to sneeze their way through the workday or drive with drowsy side effects, the creative shows a cheerful man at the wheel, comfortable and alert, a perfect brand embodiment of Telfast's USP: non-drowsy, fast-acting relief. With Egypt's heavy traffic and year-round allergen triggers, the product positioning feels both immediate and deeply relevant. Besides, clear Arabic copy foregrounding functional benefits (“does not cause drowsiness”) is used to build immediate trust with consumers. This strong visual branding, coupled with a CTA anchored in decisiveness, makes for a confident tone.

Visually, the campaign is brand-first. A large depiction of the Telfast purple packaging dominates the left half of each billboard, while a quirky cartoon character that looks like a pollen creature adds a playful note, probably meant to appeal to both adults and kids. The brain icon incorporated into the phrase “without overthinking” wittily nods toward mental clarity, subtly reminding the viewer that solutions to allergies shouldn’t come at the expense of focus.

The campaign is appearing across unipoles, bridges and lampposts in high-traffic areas like the Mehwar, New Cairo, and Ring Road corridors, targeting commuters, families, and busy professionals who would be most concerned about productivity, daily wellness, and seasonal triggers.
