WE & Ahmed El-Ghandour Break Egypt's Internet Speed Barriers on Greater Cairo's Billboards
Following WE’s last appearance in August 2025, the telecommunications leader has officially raised the bar for home internet in Egypt, featuring the renowned Egyptian content creator, Ahmed El Ghandour, as it launches its WE Space Max+ service campaign throughout Greater Cairo as Egypt's first residential connection capable of reaching up to 500 Mbps.
The campaign's billboards portray Ahmed El Ghandour teleporting between locations across Egypt, checking the new speed service at a 500 Mbps speed. The guy's speed symbolizes WE Space Max’s speed service, a speed that promises to eliminate buffering, enable seamless 4K streaming, and bring Egyptian households into a new era of digital connectivity. The billboards also feature the “ The Real Internet” Arabic phrase at the top left, the “WE INTERNET home” logo, and the Arabic translated tagline “For the first time in Egypt, internet speeds up to 500 Mbps per second with MAX+”
The campaign's strategy is a bold telecommunication market-entry approach for the new speed tier, as it targets households that are heavy internet users and are likely to suffer from congestion or slow speeds with multiple devices connected.
