ALJAR captures the essence of sophisticated living with a striking OOH campaign introducing the British District in New Cairo. Dressed in a vivid red backdrop, the billboard instantly demands attention while evoking a sense of British elegance and exclusivity.

The creative direction is minimal yet powerful, featuring a poised figure sipping tea, subtly symbolizing refined taste and timeless culture. Paired with clean typography and a simple layout, the ad balances visual boldness with high-end sensibility, perfectly aligning with ALJAR’s premium real estate positioning.

By blending British charm with modern Egyptian urban aspirations, ALJAR’s campaign speaks directly to aspirational homeowners seeking more than just a place to live, offering an elevated lifestyle experience. The tagline “Flagship Living” reinforces the project’s status as a signature destination within New Cairo, inviting potential residents to join a community shaped by class and comfort.

With its sleek design and strong visual identity, the campaign succeeds in portraying ALJAR as not just a developer, but a curator of lifestyle experiences.

When it comes to the geographical distribution of the campaign is wide.  With over 200 ad faces, the campaign has managed to be spread across Greater Cairo in districts like Teseen RD, Ring Road. Salah Salem and the 6th of Oct Bridge.  

It’s worth mentioning that Al Jar British District will include Egypt’s first British‐affiliated medical school, in partnership with Aston University (UK) — meaning degrees awarded there will be fully accredited in the UK.
