Centrada Developments has resurfaced across Cairo’s billboards with a new campaign for Kite Residence, the real estate project located in West Cairo. The campaign, which has been visible for three months, puts the spotlight on Centrada’s 1% payment plan, a bold visual move that relies on simplicity rather than spectacle to deliver its message.
The visuals are clean and deliberate. A large red background anchors the billboard, interrupted only by a sharp white 1% that immediately draws the eye. The accompanying text, “Own it now. Flat monthly payments for 100 months,” sits beneath it, understated but clear. The creative direction avoids the usual clutter found in real estate advertising; instead, it’s built around visual contrast and breathing space. The result is a design that communicates confidence without needing much explanation.

The lower section features the Centrada Developments logo and the project website, centradaegy.com, both placed modestly to maintain focus on the central figure. The design feels calm, intentional, and contemporary, which is a reflection of the brand’s larger philosophy of refined minimalism.
