The campaign adopts a combination of minimalist and emotive imagery. The main billboard utilizes an arch concept to split the frame into four lifestyle images. A friend group in a cozy café atmosphere, a woman practicing yoga beside a private pool and a joyful picnic scene at dusk with children and parents enjoying lights are all showcased upon the visual campaign. A story of the life Sky Hills has to offer showcases community, well-being, peace, and harmony.
The Arabic headline at the top translates to "Close to everything… far from the crowd," resonating perfectly with traffic-exhausted and congested Cairo residents. The ad copy also notes the financial incentives "10% Down Payment" and "8 Years Payment Plan."
