In a bold attention-grabbing bid to arouse the interest of potential homebuyers, Sky Hills by Dana Development's launches a highly visual outdoor ad campaign on Cairo's streets. 

The campaign adopts a combination of minimalist and emotive imagery. The main billboard utilizes an arch concept to split the frame into four lifestyle images. A friend group in a cozy café atmosphere, a woman practicing yoga beside a private pool and a joyful picnic scene at dusk with children and parents enjoying lights are all showcased upon the visual campaign. A story of the life Sky Hills has to offer showcases community, well-being, peace, and harmony.

The Arabic headline at the top translates to "Close to everything… far from the crowd," resonating perfectly with traffic-exhausted and congested Cairo residents. The ad copy also notes the financial incentives "10% Down Payment" and "8 Years Payment Plan." 

Vertical billboards also reinforce the campaign message with a full-height design carrying the same family picnic photo and the "10% Down Payment" hook. Repetition Dana Development, Royal Hills, Summit View Construction, and Poo Developments’ logos spotlights the project as a collaboration between credible players in the field.

Although the phone number and website are given, there is no direct call to action like "Book Now" or "Visit the Showroom" that are noted upon the ads.
