It’s hard to miss The Cord's real estate campaig is month. Milestone Developments has launched a fresh round of billboards for their business complex in 6th of October, reminding commuters what premium looks like when it’s done right. The last time we saw them on this scale was back in December, but this new campaign levels things up with a sharper rollout and a clearer sales message.
At the heart of the campaign is one powerful line: “first installment after handover.” Paired with sleek 3D renders of the project and the developer’s signature warm orange background, the visuals are both confident and eye-catching. The Cord itself is framed as an architectural anchor in the city, with curving lines and layered textures that pop against a clean layout. With its mix of administrative, medical, and commercial units starting from just 25 square meters, The Cord is clearly aiming for a wide market. But it’s the tone of the campaign that really sells it. It doesn’t shout. It doesn’t overpromise. It just shows up, looks good, and lets the offering speak for itself. A solid move from Milestone, and one that’s turning heads once again.
